Number Bonds to 10!
This week we have been Mathematicians!
We have been using a range of pictorials to explore and recall Number Bonds to 10.
We used a method of story telling first such as: There are 8 frogs sitting on a log, and 2 frogs in the pond. 8 + 2 = 10. We used this verbal method of story telling, to help us recall number bonds to 10. We then moved our learning on by using different pictures such as: Groups of fruit or objects.
We used our learning to show different numbers bonds to 10, by using practical resources such as the counting teddies and natural materials to independently show and tell our number bonds.
