This week we have explored the importance of our personal well being, and discussed what makes us happy or sad, and what we can do to overcome this. On Thursday we came into school wearing something bright, and took part in a range of Mindfulness activities, such as discussions and mindfulness yoga.
We have also looked at shapes to make Grandpa’s quilt, and noticed how shapes are the same even when rotated, and we also had the opportunity to set our butterflies free after looking after them and watching them grow in our classroom.
