A visit from the animal man
We were very lucky this week. As part of our minibeast learning we had a visit from the Animal Man.
Chris the animal man brought in Alan the white-faced scops owl, who was very little with bright orange eyes. We met some giant cockroach babies. Tank the Argentinian frog was very fat and squidgy. Jambo the snake was a big hit – he didnt seem that bothered by us. Bruce the Australian blue-tongued skink was shedding his skin so some of us managed to catch a scale. Last, Chris had brought in 2 little 8 week old foxes. They were super cute and super smelly!
