Composition of numbers
In Crocodiles this week we have been learning about the composition of different numbers.
The children have used a five frames to find different ways of making 4 and 5 for example : 2 +3 =5.
We have been very impressed with the amount of different ways that the children have found and some children have even moved on to writing written calculations independently.
