The Worlds Largest Lesson
Yesterday we took part in the worlds largest lesson. We talked about what we can do to help the planet, such as, recycling, putting litter in the bin, choosing to walk rather than use the car where possible and being kind and helpful to others. We also drew a map of our school which would help any new friends to feel welcome and to find their way.
Then we made some global goals glasses and discussed what we would like to see in our world in 10 years time. Have a look at what we said we would like to see in 10 years time.
“In ten years time I want to see a park so everybody can come in and we can play”.
“In ten years time I want to see everyone using paper straws”.
“In ten years time I want to see everyone putting rubbish in the bin”.
“I don’t want litter on the floor”.
“In ten years time I would like to see people getting better”.
“Everyone to be nice to all of the people and be nice every day”.
” In ten years time I want me and my family and everyone and poor people to have nice homes to live in”.
