Investigating wax.

This week in Science we investigated what happens to paper when we put wax onto its surface.  Once we had drawn our picture, we used a watercolour wash to lightly paint over the surface. Come ask us what happened next…  It was like a magic trick!

Brilliant Assembly!

A huge well done to everyone in Whales class for a brilliant class assembly.  We managed to retell lots of facts about the Great Fire of London, but in a really fun way.  Lines were word perfect and our audience seemed to enjoy the songs too. Well done!

Helping Inspector Gadget.

Inspector Gadget needed our help this week in fighting crime!  He has all sorts of gadgets but needed something to help him bounce to the top of the tallest building. We investigated which ball bounced the highest.  Come and find out how we got on.
