Sport’s Day

Today we participated in our very first Beeches Infant School Sport’s Day! The children were fantastic. Each child took part in two activities from the following list: Hurdles Running Beanbag Throw Egg and Spoon Relay Bouncer hoppers We were really proud of all of the children and we had great fun!

Sports!

On Tuesday a lady from Kingsbury Sports came to visit the children. The children participated in various sporting activities including hurdles, throwing and catching, rolling, jumping and running. This was a lovely event and the children worked very hard. Well done Tigers!

Making Boats

This week we have been making and testing boats. We decided to make a boat for the Gingerbread Man to sail safely across the river without being eaten. The children trialled and tested a range of materials and could explain what happened when their boat was tested in the water. Well done Tiger class!
