Gruffalo Habitats

This week we have been making Gruffalo habitats. The children worked hard to use a variety of materials along with a range of skills to create their very own habitats. Tens frames

This week in Tigers we have been using the tens frame to subtract single-digit numbers. We were so impressed with how quickly the children picked up this subtraction method and the stem sentence ‘we take a part from the whole and say how many are left.’ Keep up the great mathematical thinking, Tigers!

Dragon Dances
